Hello Everyone!
Last week as I wrote this, I was talking about an early spring, although I did say winter was probably not done with us yet! In fact, It is snowing today, and hopefully we will not get too much of the white stuff!
Family Day weekend is this weekend, and I wish you all meaningful time with your families, whether by phone, email, letter, video or actual face to face time. Enjoy!!!
This Sunday, we will be celebrating the 1st Sunday of Lent! Hard to believe Easter will be here the end of March!!! Lent leads up to Easter and it represents the 40 days Jesus spent fasting in the wilderness before beginning his ministry. Lent is a time of spiritual renewal and reflection in preparation for Good Friday, and celebrating Easter, the resurrection of Jesus.
Please continue to pray for Rev. Sean Foster, Bonnie, and the kids. Sean’s mobility challenges as a result of ALS have had a large impact on him and the family. Sean and Bonnie are grateful for your many prayers. A Go Fund Me site has been set up for anyone who wants to support Sean and the family. The link is below: https://gofund.me/3d76d6a5
