December 1st, 2023

Hello Everyone!

The First Sunday in Advent will be this Sunday!!! It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas with the lights, gifts, and snow that has been falling! We will begin to light the Advent candles this Sunday!

Your 2024 Offering Envelopes are available in the office. Please make arrangements to pick your envelopes up! If you are not sure what your envelope number is, please contact Cheri.

Session invites you to a Christmas light lunch and a time of singing carols and good fellowship on Friday, December 22nd at noon. Please sign up or RSVP to Debbie by December 17th so we know how many sandwiches to order. (Contributions of goodies are also welcome!) Gary will be working his magic on the guitar! Should be lots of fun and good fellowship!

The 40th Annual Oakville Prayer Breakfast will occur on December 6, 2023 at 6:30am at the Oakville Conference Centre. Gary O’Neill, the Executive Director of Kerr Street Mission, will share his story and God’s goodness and work there. You can Register by purchasing  tickets at www.Oakvilleprayerbreakfast.com

There is so much in our world to gather and pray for.

Once again, our Mission and Outreach Team are calling for mittens, hats and scarfs for our Mitten Tree to benefit the Salvation Army. We will also be collecting monies for Kerr Street Mission for their Christmas Wonders Program! I believe December 17th is the last day to contribute!

Rev. Sandy Fryfoegel has asked that you click on the following link inpreparation for our services this Sunday, December 3rd! This is anAdvent Devotional which Rev. Sandy will be referring to during the service on this Sunday!
